The Care Connection
Before your first service with me, we'll schedule a complementary Care Connection to make sure every detail is covered. This visit gives us a chance to connect, review your home setup, discuss your pet(s)' routines or cleaning preferences, and go over any special instructions (access, trash day, supplies, etc). This can be done in person or virtually, depending on your comfort and schedule.
I like to come and meet your pet(s) in person with you present to introduce us so that I can interact with both you and your pet(s) and we can get to know each other.
Peace of mind starts with clear communication- and care begins with connection.
